Inoplas has been designing and manufacturing simple and complex cable assemblies since our early days, having the skills and capability to build, test and overmould most types of cable.

We carry a huge range of standard and bespoke cables for control, measurement, data, power, and other applications, as well as connectors, terminals, crimps, sockets and pins. We maintain a broad range of equipment to make sure we can cut, strip, crimp, splice, solder, tin, heat shrink, weld and test your assemblies from prototype to full speed production volumes. Working to your specifications, Inoplas can source and produce all the components to assemble and test your build.

Inoplas is an approved supplier for several industry leaders, manufacturing standard and bespoke products ranging from high-voltage power supplies and control panels to encoders and sensors for innovative electric motors and of course we can overmould strain reliefs and other features as required.

In 2023 we invested in a new Schleuniger high speed automatic cutting and stripping station to complement our existing Komax Kappa and Schleuniger machinery. Our state of the art cable cutting and stripping cell is designed for reliable controlled processing of the finest wire, sizes ranging from 0.02 to 6mm², with an outside diameter of up to 12mm within ± 0.2%+1mm with endlessly repeatable accuracy.
