With our multiple resources we can design, manufacture and , if necessary, outsource any part of the project. We specialise in key areas such as Injection Moulding, Overmoulding PCB’s, Insert Moulding and Cable Assemblies and we work closely with our suppliers to support any project and get the right people involved.

Design & Development

We work closely with our customers to develop initial design ideas to make sure they are the best they can be and ready for injection moulding. Our team of highly skilled engineers work closely to develop high quality parts while keeping costs as low as possible. Our wealth of experience and resources means we can find the best solutions to your problems with the aid of Solidworks CAD software and sophisticated mould flow simulation where we can test models to eliminate issues and optimise polymer selection and design for the injection moulding process.

Rapid Prototyping

With prototyping and testing being a crucial part of any product development, we have the resources to support this process through either in house or outsourced capabilities. We can support through 3D prints, machined samples, prototype tooling and much more.

Tooling

Working closely with our toolmakers based in the UK and Far East we can produce cost-effective tooling to create high quality parts, consistently and at a competitive price. To produce great parts, you need great tools that are designed and built to the specification that the component requires.
