Celebrating 37 years of Phil Lloyd Jones – Project Manager at Inoplas Technology
After an incredible 37 years at Inoplas Technology, we recently said goodbye to our Project Manager, Phil Lloyd Jones, as he begins his well-deserved retirement.
Phil is known for his expectational project management skills and his ability to overcome challenges, find solutions and keep projects on track. No problem was ever too big, and there was always another idea or solution waiting to be discovered.
Phil’s intelligence, creativity and willingness to help have made him a respected and trusted member of the team. He has always been generous with his knowledge, supporting colleagues and finding a way forward when others might have struggled to see one.
Phil’s 37 years at Inoplas represent a remarkable contribution to the company. The experience and ideas he has shared over the years have left a lasting legacy that will continue to benefit us all.
No story about Phil would be complete without mentioning his two favourite things: a good cup of tea and a KitKat! A perfect combination that powered countless great ideas over the years.
