For some time, Jon Brooks, has been watching the news of an impending cost of living crisis with growing concern over the effect of inflation on the employees of the business.
In July the senior management of the business got their heads together to decide upon the best way in which to help. After much discussion the decision was made to provide assistance in a similar vein to the governments Energy Bills Support Scheme by offering a £600 cost of living bonus to each employee, with £300 to be paid in both October and January. Bob Davis, Director, said “We really hope that the cost of living bonus will help the Inoplas family with energy and food costs during this difficult period for households”.
The senior management team opted out of the scheme to increase the value of the fund to the remaining employees of the business.
Inoplas Technology Limited is fortunate enough to be in a strong position and able to invest in various areas of the business with exciting news on the horizon. This is very much an investment in the wellbeing of the Team at Inoplas Technology.
“This investment in equipment, Infrastructure and in the wellbeing of the team should mean a brighter future of the business during what is expected to be a hard winter”.
