After many years with our old ERP system Inoplas has taken the plunge and spent a good deal of time this year evaluating replacement systems to streamline our processes and support continued growth. We have now selected 123insight and are at the later stages of user evaluation and data transfer in preparation for a Q4 2021 ‘go-live’. We have had great support from the team at 123insight and from our own band of testers and trainers and we trust that the only thing our valued customers and suppliers notice will be the changes to our documents.
Nevertheless, as anyone who has been through the process will tell you, it’s extremely time consuming and not without risk so we apologise if any of our responses are slower or less complete than our normal high standards during this transition.
