High quality plastics need to be processed at absolutely optimal levels of controlled moisture. SCAD integrates plastic drying and conveying into one unit. The SCAD adopts positive compressed air to load material so it has low noise level and low energy consumption. The hot and dry air is formed by sending compressed air into pipe heaters with a unique “up-blowing” air pipe design which spreads hot air evenly to achieve best drying effect.
