Inoplas has taken delivery of a second Gerco multi chamber dessicant dryer to enable greater accuracy and flexibility in the drying of the wide range of polymers we use in our injection moulding processes. Moisture content within polymers can have a dramatic effect on the speed and quality of production and this additional capacity enables us to be sure we have complete control of this key variable. As well as the Gerco investment we have also extended our laboratory facilities with the purchase of a Sartorius Moisture Analyser a clever piece of kit with a price tag to match but which enables better profiling and management of our materials to ensure optimum performance.
